Q. How long does it take?
A. As soon as we have received your details by phone or through our online form we will start working on an offer right away. We aim to contact you within 24hrs with an initial offer. We will then arrange to come and visit you to see the property and discuses how we can best meet your needs. Once we have inspected the property and discussed how we will be able to help we will then send you are a conformation offer in writing.

A. Unlike some companies we do not charge for our service, we do not charge you for the survey fees or for any set up fees. We will even pay your legal fees to the value of £600. Because you deal direct with us there will not be a large Estate Agents bill at the end of the sale process.

Q. My house is already for sale with an estate agent, is That a problme?
A. No this is not a problem; we can still arrange to purchase your property. Estate Agents charge there fees based on introducing a buyer, as we will be able to confirm you contacted us there shouldn’t be any fees to pay. (Check the contract you signed when you instructed the estate agent)

Q. I am in arrears with my mortgage company - can you still help?
A. Yes, we usually can, as long as you have some equity in the property. Have a look at our repossession page. After selling your property to us we give you the opportunity to live there as tenants if you wish. (Subject to status) we can even offer our Rent to Buy scheme so that you can buy the house back at its original market value the day it was brought by us. (Agreed in advance). We have even been able to help people who were within hours of being evicted - so contact us now, it is not too late!

Q. Will I be under any obligation to accept your offer?
A. Our Service remains completely no obligation until you accept our written offer. There will be no fees to pay at all, unlike some companies that will charge up to £1000 upfront for the survey of your home. If at any time before you except our written offer you decide not to proceed. There will be no moneys to pay and we will wish you well and all the success with the future.

Q. Do I need a solicitor?
A. You will need a solicitor to act on your behalf through the sale process, this will ensure that all legalities are carried out in a correct & professional manner, we will contribute up to £600 towards your legal costs payable on completion of the purchase of your property. You can use your own solicitor or one recommended by us. So for the majority of our clients there should be absolutely no costs associated with the sale or conveyance of the property.
Q. Do you buy properties in my area?
A. We are a national company capable of buying properties in England and Wales, however at present we are unable to purchase properties in Scotland and Ireland, if you have a property in Scotland or Ireland you wish to sell contact us and we will be able to introduce you to a company that will be of assistance.
Q. Are there any types of properties which you do not buy?
A. No - we buy all types of properties, vacant, tenanted in addition to land etc. Many of the properties we buy are in need of some improvement, which is why they are often harder to sell through an Estate Agent. Regardless of age condition or location we will consider any property.
Q. Once I receive your written offer how long dose it remain valid?
A. Our offer Will remain valid for 30 days from the date of the written offer received by you. Should you wish to proceed more than 30 days after the date of the offer, this will be possible, although we do reserve the right to review the offer in occasional circumstances.
Q. I have brought a bad off plan investment property - can you help?
A. Yes. We are happy to consider purchasing any investment property, regardless of condition, performance or with tenants in situ all situations considered.
